Selective 1:1 Business Blind Spot Corrector Program

For independent business owners, founders, and solo entrepreneurs

The same thinking that fixes a team applies to the person leading it. For business owners who are doing all the right things and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something underneath it all isn't working. I offer "The Business Blind Spot Corrector Program", a focused, one-on-one process built around your specific business.

Format & availability

Focused support for the business only you can lead.

Customized strategy sessions and private advisory retainers. Availability is strictly limited to a select number of clients per quarter. Enrollment is open for quarter 4 with a final booking date of November 15th 2026. The next round opens in January 2027.

What’s included

A plan built around what’s actually holding you back.

01

A guided diagnosis of the patterns behind the problem. We look at how your thinking and decision-making, business structure, and marketing are working together, then trace where effort stops turning into progress. The aim is to find the blind spot underneath the symptoms, not just add another task to your list.

02

A personalized action plan based on what the diagnosis uncovers. We identify what needs attention first across mindset, structure, or marketing, what can wait, and the practical next steps that fit your business and the way you work.

03

Hands-on work through the plan in customized strategy sessions. We work through the decisions and changes together, adjust as needed, and keep the focus on putting the plan into practice rather than leaving you with a list to tackle alone.

04

Especially recommended for service providers and neurodivergent leaders. The work takes your strengths and thinking style into account, so the changes you make are practical for you to carry forward in your business.
