Your team has the process, but something else is missing...

You already have some kind of structure or tools like SBAR, CUS, or the Two Challenge Rule to give your team a process to follow. Yet something feels off within your team and the results they're producing. What's missing isn't the process. It's what happens underneath it.

The friction underneath

What's Actually Happening

Incident debriefs go quiet in the room, but the same complaints show up later in one-on-one or the hallway.

Training scores well the day of, then the same hand-off tension is back within a few months.

You keep getting pulled in to referee the same conflict between two roles or shifts, no matter how the protocol gets rewritten.

You can tell something's off on the team, but you can't tell if it's communication, training, or something structural.

The intervention

Where I Come In

I work alongside the systems you already have and help strengthen them, so your team can use them as intended.

If the current process or tools are not the right fit, I help you identify what kind of system or support your team needs and advise you on putting it in place.

I help you tell whether what you're seeing is a communication gap, an operations issue, or a skills gap, so you're not guessing.

I give you a way to coach your team through conflict instead of managing the same one over and over.

Two ways to engage

A focused session, or support that sticks.

Choose the level of support that matches the change you need to make. Both options are grounded in the same Cognitive Leadership Style Framework.
